  • Villa Padierna Thermas is a 5 star hotel with 11 classics rooms, 26 Delux, 3 suites and 2 junior suites. It is situated in a charming historic building, completely renovated, which dates back to the early 19th century. It was built between 1830 and 1832 as a guest house for the visit of King Ferdinand 7th.
    Due to its Spa fame, European aristocracy from the 19th century quickly made Carratraca its personal retreat, attracting visitors as Lord Bayron, Rainer Maria Rilke and Empress Marie Eugenie, wife of Napoleon 3rd, among others. Its waters, classified under 3 types (sulfur, calcium and magnesium), are known since ancient times for its benefits and healing properties. With its unique mineral composition has antioxidant action especially for purifying, anti-inflammatory, activating metabolic and immunological functions, regenerating skin and mucous membranes, and for the liver. The thermal area has 3 thermas and 2 pools, heated to different temperatures to facilitate the contrast.

    The Halls are acclimated with different colors in order to take advantage of chromotherapy during the stay. The bar, in red color, named by Maria Eugenia de Montijo, is filled with paintings and sculptures of the Empress. In the hall of the Prince, dedicated to Ferdinand 7th, clients will be offered a variety of organic teas and fruit and herbal infusions with therapeutic effects on the nervous system and immune system.
