Malaga’s Wildlife - a project that brings to light animal life in this province

Five videos will teach you about some of the most extraordinary ecosystems in Málaga.

This way, one can learn about the animals that surround us and live in our cities, towns or villages. This is the aim Malaga Wildlife (La Málaga Salvaje) has. We are talking about an audiovisual project that consists of five educational videos about different ecosystems and numerous photos.

Extraordinary Videos

The videos are two and three minutes long and include the following clips: ‘Biodiversity in the Province of Málaga’, ‘The Inhabitants of our Forests’, ‘The Birds along the Guadalhorce Green Corridor, ‘The Greater Flamingo in the Province of Málaga’, and ‘Birds in Urban Areas of this Province’.

Thanks to them, very different landscapes in the province, such as the wetlands in the inland, riverbanks, luxuriant forests and some of the incredible mountain ranges can be seen.

Malaga’s Wildlife Project was carried out by the County or Provincial Council’s Department for Sustainable Area by Ricardo Pastor, who invested plenty of hours to record the surroundings in last years. Furthermore, the videos are based on the images made from the air by Juán Ramón Bernal from Photodrone Company. The screenplay for the films was written by journalist Javier Almellones and a specialist from the County Council, Jacinto Segura. The videos were narrated by Marcos Chacon, journalist and voice artist.

Spectacular Photo Galleries

Beside the videos, the above participants created a collection of each of the above theme photos, which are so stunning and unique that can amaze anyone. The galleries can be seen by clicking on the names of the project topics:
