Referring to the form of transit in the different stages, we remember that these are divided into three categories (on foot, by off-road bike or mountain bike and on horseback). However, when we indicate that it can be done on foot, we always refer to 100% of the stage; while, in the case of mountain biking and on horseback, it will depend on temporary restrictions and municipal regulations, so we will have to choose parallel or alternative routes that allow us to transit. We also remember that the use of mountain biking, depending on the stage or trail, can take place by routes on irregular pavements and with high slopes, so they can involve some or a lot of technical difficulty.

Environmental Information

Natural Environment
  • Natural Environment

In Campillos we find the Natural Reserve of the Lagunas de Campillos, included in the Ramsar convention of wetlands of international importance. Also noteworthy is the area of the Guadalhorcel-Guadalteba reservoirs, an area of pine forest of repopulation declared a Natural Site. At the geological level, the Peñarrubia fault stands out, close to the disappeared town of the same name and the Guadalteba reservoir.

In Teba, the tail of the Guadalteba reservoir known as La Puente is especially interesting. A natural space that also serves as a stage for celebrations such as pilgrimage. At a geological level, especially interesting are the Tagus of the Mill, a gorge excavated in the rock by the La Venta River before its mouth in the Guadalteba, and the Cave of the Doves, which is also of high archaeological interest.
